• Circumference – Around the head, from the hairline, behind the ears, and back to the hairline.

• Front to Back – From the front hairline to the nape of the neck.

• Side to Side Across Forehead – From one ear temple across the forehead to the other.

• Side to Side Over Top – From one ear temple, across the top of the head, to the other.

• Temple to Temple Across Back – From one temple around the back of the head to the other.

• Nape of Neck – Across the lower hairline at the back of the neck.
